We are excited to announce that we are releasing a 2027 calendar that features 14 plants and fungi that one can forage for in urban habitats of the Bay Area that are edible, medicinal, or can be used as a dye. Hand-drawn and painted by Sami (scientific illustrator), with foraging notes & usage tips by Cindy (forager), this has been a labor of love for the both of us and we are beyond excited to put it out. From feijoas in the fall to candy cap mushrooms in the winter and mugwort in the spring, this wall-hanging calendar and piece of art will remind you of the ephemeral delights of each season.
